Top Ten Tyre Manufacturers to be Exhibiting at THE TIRE COLOGNE

Koelnmesse
THE TIRE COLOGNE will be held from the 29th of May until the 1st of June.
A good year prior to the premiere of the THE TIRE COLOGNE, Hankook had already confirmed its participation. Following this, also on board for 2018 is another heavyweight of the tyre industry in the form of Cooper Tires.

"We are pleased that Hankook has decided to participate, meaning that the top ten tyre manufacturers are represented at THE TIRE COLOGNE. Cooper Tires, as the current number 11 on the world ranking list, underlines the interim balance", Christoph Werner, Vice President of Koelnmesse announced.

THE TIRE COLOGNE not only has the top ten tyre manufacturers in terms of the highest sales in Bridgestone, Michelin, Goodyear, Continental, Pirelli, Sumitomo/Falken, Hankook, Yokohama, Maxxis and Giti exhibiting, but they have also managed to get international market players such as Cooper Tires, Zhongce Rubber, Toyo Tires, Kumho, Triangle, MRF, Apollo, Nokian and Nexen Tire to confirm their participating for the show at the end of May 2018.

However, THE TIRE COLOGNE is not only moving forward in the tyre and wheel segment. The automotive services, tyre remoulding and tyre recycling sectors are attracting an increasing number of exhibitors. For example, the Hunter company, a market leader in the field of axle alignment, has registered for the premiere in the past month, along with tool manufacturer Snap On.

The tyre manufacturers, wholesalers and rim manufacturers will present themselves in halls 6, 7 and 8. The themes of automotive services and workshop needs will be situated in hall 8. Hall 9 will be the home for the tyre retreading, recycling and tyre disposal segments. In addition to the exhibitor presentations, visitors can also look forward to the extensive supporting show programmes, which will take place in the outdoor space situated on the northern side of hall 8, between exhibition halls 6 and 7.
