CAM Awarded Silver Investors in People Accreditation

CAM has again been awarded Investors in People (IIP), this time gaining a Silver accreditation following its recent inspection.  The higher standard was based on the company’s commitment to flexible working, leading to excellent customer service and support, clear performance targets aligned with a commensurate reward scheme, its investment in continuous professional development in a complex technical environment, and sustained involvement in corporate social responsibility.

The assessor was also impressed with the company’s focus on the customer led by the managing director, citing the respect and flexibility shown by the talented team towards its end users, as well as internally among colleagues.

Leading the IIP process, CAM operations director, Ryan Naughton, says, “The board of CAM fundamentally believe that it is essential in business to treat people correctly and fairly, while assisting with progression and development to ensure the customer remains the key focus of the company.”
