Polish tyre manufacturer Kabat Tyre made its first appearance at Agritechnica this year as it unveiled its new EVOLUTION Radial Tyre range. Speaking at the event, Marketing Manager Adam Dziuba said the response had been encouraging, with strong interest from visitors and positive feedback on the new products.

Kabat at Agritechnica

Founded in 1983 by two brothers, Kabat began as a small business providing tyre and inner tube repair and retreading services. Over four decades later, it has grown into a global manufacturer with a 70,000 m² facility and 900 employees. The company produced its first pneumatic tyre in 2011 and today exports to 80 countries across five continents. Despite its scale, Kabat remains a family-run operation, a point of pride for the Polish firm.

Kabat’s business spans a diverse product range, including agricultural and solid tyres, flaps, rubber compounds, mats, profiles, and car rugs. The company is particularly well known for its inner tubes, which are distributed in the UK through Kirkby Tyres, among other wholesalers. The inner tube range covers vehicles from passenger cars and light trucks to agricultural, forestry and industrial machinery, as well as motorcycles and scooters.

At Agritechnica, Kabat presented its EVOLUTION Radial Tyres, the first Polish-designed and manufactured range of radial tyres for agricultural use. Currently available in six sizes (340/85 R24 – 125D, 380/70 R24 – 125D, 420/70 R28 – 133D, 420/85 R34 – 142D, 480/70 R34 – 143D, and 520/70 R38 – 150D), the tyres come with a seven-year warranty and are set to enter the market in the coming months. The company plans to expand the range further.

Design Innovations

The EVOLUTION series features several design innovations aimed at improving durability, efficiency and operator comfort. The carcass structure has been engineered for a long service life, while the tread pattern reduces energy loss for better fuel economy. The tyres’ flexibility enhances driving comfort by minimising vibration, and their reinforced casing and advanced Kabat compound offer high resistance to damage. A patented lug shape and wide contact patch provide strong traction and stability, even in wet field conditions.

Beyond the new line, Kabat’s existing agricultural range includes tyres for tractor front and rear positions, implements, lawn and garden equipment, row crop machinery, and agro-industrial applications, alongside a selection of retreaded agricultural trailer tyres.
