The new  KMAX third-generation tyres from Goodyear combine proven mileage with improved traction, increased fuel efficiency and cost reduction.

KMAX GEN-3: Next-Generation Tyre With Sustainability and Cost-Saving Benefits

Goodyear will present the KMAX GEN-3, the latest generation of its proven KMAX truck tyre series, at NUFAM 2025 (Karlsruhe, 25–28 September 2025). Visitors can explore the benefits of the new range at stand D 411, dm-arena, Karlsruhe Trade Fair Centre.

The KMAX GEN-3 continues to impress with the proven mileage of its predecessors while offering improved traction. In addition, the new range delivers up to 13% improved rolling resistance compared to earlier models. This enables measurable fuel savings and the potential to reduce CO2 emissions further. It is manufactured using at least 40% sustainable materials while maintaining the same durability. It focuses on reducing the total cost of ownership by lowering operating costs.

Goodyear Total Mobility for Greater Competitiveness

The KMAX GEN-3 is the latest addition to the Goodyear Total Mobility portfolio. Goodyear’s mobility concept provides European transport companies with products, solutions and services that strengthen competitiveness in a demanding market. At its stand, Goodyear will demonstrate how transport fleets can use this offering to strengthen performance, cut costs and reduce greenhouse gas emissions.

“Using interactive screens and through personal discussions with our experts, visitors will learn how they can improve their fleet efficiency and sustainability,” says Maximilian Weber, Sales General Manager Commercial DACH, Goodyear.

Complete Range of Products, Solutions and Services

In addition to the KMAX GEN-3, the portfolio includes other premium tyres such as the EQMAX and EQMAX ULTRA for enhanced performance and sustainability. The all-round Tyres-as-a-Service package for outsourcing tyre management; the TPMS Connect solution for integrating original equipment manufacturer TPMS into the Goodyear ecosystem; and the enhanced Goodyear CheckPoint, the solution for stationary tyre monitoring.

Added to this is the URBANMAX MCA HL+, the city bus tyre, designed for greater efficiency and future-proofing for local public transport operators.

Helping Fleets Meet Industry Challenges With Efficiency and Reliability

The transport market is characterised by intensifying competition, cost pressures and environmental regulations. At its exhibition stand during NUFAM 2025, Goodyear will demonstrate how fleets can optimise tyre performance, reduce CO₂ emissions, and lower the total cost of ownership. It will also show how to reduce tyre-related vehicle breakdowns and thereby drastically maximise vehicle uptime.
