Direct Tyre Management (DTM), a national tyre management and breakdown service provider based in Northwest England, has signed up to TiDaeX TM. The integration enables e-jobsheet connectivity to its 105 subscribing tyre service dealers.
Streamlined e-Jobsheet Integration Across National Dealer Network
DTM specialises in keeping truck, bus, van, and car fleets operational through preventative tyre management and maximising fleet efficiency and safety.
Most of the e-jobsheet dealer subscriber base conducts work allocated to them by DTM. Agents on behalf of e-jobsheet and DTM will work together to expand that territorial footprint with new dealers. This will enable them to conduct work most effectively via e-jobsheet for DTM.
E-jobsheet subscriber dealers will send completed work directly back to Direct Tyre Management systems.
DTM valued the integration because it enhances data flow. As a result, the company can now receive vehicle inspection and fleet audit data back from dealers via TiDaeX.
Matt Lee, Chief Technology Officer at DTM, says, “We have been planning an even more connected approach to working with our dealer partners to provide their job data to our fleet customers near-instantly, and integrating with TiDaeX. Which we view as being the standard in the UK tyre space. Meaning we could deliver value to our fleet customers and dealer partners alike quickly and effectively through the integration.”
Steve Daly, director at mobileIT@pps for TiDaeX/e-jobsheet, adds, “I welcome the DTM involvement with TiDaeX for e-jobsheet. It is symbolic of a new spate of organisations connecting much more directly to the tyre service community where small, medium and large dealers alike are being connected in the same efficient way – with near instant detail and accuracy, meaning faster payment for work conducted, and a higher probability of the work being allocated to participating dealers because all work stakeholders – DTM, dealer and DTM contracted fleets – gain from the natural digital linkage.”
