CEAT Specialty presented an expanded portfolio of agricultural tyres, tracks, and digital support solutions at AGRITECHNICA 2025, highlighting developments in tread engineering, low-pressure VF construction, and integrated digital tools designed to support operational efficiency in modern agricultural machinery.

At this year’s Agritechnica, CEAT Specialty displayed several of its core agricultural products, including the Lawnmax, Farmax R65 X3, and Yieldmax VFlex tyres. These products are designed with deeper tread geometries, wider contact areas, and VF technology, which enables operation at up to 40% lower inflation pressures, improving traction performance while reducing soil compaction. The Yieldmax VFlex, designed for high-capacity harvesters and spreaders, was one of the key tyres presented on Agritechnica.

Additionally, CEAT Specialty added Agritrail Series to its Agricultural Tracks portfolio. “At CEAT Specialty, we are constantly looking ahead – developing products and solutions that not only improve performance but also align with the sustainability goals of modern agriculture,” said Amit Tolani, Chief Executive, CEAT Specialty. “Our customers are evolving, and so are we. Every new product, digital platform, or material innovation we introduce is designed with their productivity, efficiency, and long-term value in mind.”

In 2024, CEAT acquired Camso, expanding from its traditional agricultural focus into a broader offering that now includes construction and agricultural tracks. With this acquisition, CEAT positioned itself as a one-stop shop for tyres and tracks. The company sees growth potential in the track segment, which could exceed that of the tyre market, underpinning the strategic decision to acquire Camso. Both brands will continue to operate independently due to their strong market recognition.

New Products

CEAT Specialty also showcased its Sustainmax tyre, manufactured with over 90% sustainable materials and currently under field evaluation in Europe. The tyre requires 8–12 months of field testing, and commercial availability is projected for 2027. CEAT’s CupWheel tyre is expected to reach the market within 6–8 months, following final testing phases.

In line with its digital-first approach, CEAT Specialty also introduced CEAT Specialty Connect, a mobile application designed to make product discovery and ownership simpler and more efficient. The platform includes a Product Selector, Pressure and TKPH Calculators, and downloadable technical data sheets, with multilingual support to be added soon. The initiative represents a significant step in CEAT’s 360-degree customer engagement strategy.

CEAT Specialty’s sustainability efforts were recognised with an EcoVadis Silver Certification in 2025, which reflects progress in sustainable manufacturing, quality assurance, and traceability processes. The company offers a seven-year warranty across its off-highway portfolio. Customer support is also enhanced through the use of AI bots, which aim to address service queries within 48 hours.
