Continental has launched ContiGuarantee for UK commercial vehicle tyres. It provides added financial protection against eligible damage to new CrossTrac tyres for up to 12 months.
ContiGuarantee: Added Protection for Operators
Continental has introduced the ContiGuarantee. This self-registration warranty programme offers financial support for eligible tyre damage within 12 months of purchase.
The initiative debuts in the UK commercial vehicle market after success in transportation and mobility in other markets. Its easy-to-use, fully digital platform gives operators peace of mind and extra protection for their purchases.
Digital Registration and Claims Process Simplifies Support
Available at launch only for brand-new CrossTrac commercial tyres, the programme lets customers register eligible tyres online. This creates a record of covered products and allows them to submit eligible claims through the same platform. If qualifying tyre damage occurs within the 12-month warranty period, operators can log into their ContiGuarantee account, select the relevant pre-registered tyre, and begin the claims process.
Commenting on the new initiative, Grant Willman, Sales Director – Commercial Vehicle Tyres – UK & ROI, Continental Tyres, said, “We’re pleased to bring ContiGuarantee to the commercial vehicle market, building on the experience and success of the programme in other key sectors.”
“We understand how important tyre dependability is to operators. Therefore, the introduction of this extra layer of support gives customers greater reassurance should eligible damage occur. Particularly for products like CrossTrac, which operate in harsh environments, we’re pleased to offer a level of protection tailored to the specific demands of the application.”
“Pairing this with a straightforward registration and claims process will help our customers to access support quickly and with minimal disruption to their operations.”
CrossTrac Tyres Built for Demanding Road and Off-Road Applications
Continental specifically designed its CrossTrac range for vehicles that regularly transition between road and off-road environments, including quarries, construction sites and other challenging worksites.
The tyres combine robust durability and damage resistance with strong traction on loose and uneven surfaces, while also delivering the on-road performance needed to travel efficiently between locations. This versatility makes CrossTrac a strong choice for operators whose vehicles face demanding conditions throughout the workday.
