This strategic acquisition, excluding Verizon Connect’s product and engineering teams, expands Geotab’s global footprint. Moreover, it strengthens market share among small to mid-sized fleets.

Geotab welcomes over 400 skilled Verizon Connect employees from Europe and Australia. Their expertise will strengthen Geotab’s global operations.
