Balkrishna Industries Ltd (BKT) has been awarded the “Excellence Level” for the fourth consecutive year. The accolade is part of the global Supplier Excellence Recognition (SER) programme by Caterpillar.

BKT and Caterpillar: A Ten-Year Partnership
The relationship between BKT and Caterpillar dates back to 2015, when BKT first supplied trucks for the Indian market. Today, BKT is a supplier for Caterpillar Inc. in India for Off-Highway tyres for equipment ranging between 40 and 190 tonnes, reflecting a long-standing business relationship.
The certification journey started in 2017, when BKT achieved the Silver Level certification. In the following years, the company progressed steadily, first achieving Gold, then Platinum, and ultimately reaching the Excellence Level – a distinction BKT has maintained for the past four years. This is a significant validation of the continuity and reliability of performance provided by BKT over time.
