Spanish National Association of Tyre Distributors and Importers (ADINE) has signed a framework collaboration agreement with TLM Selección y Formación, a company specialising in the search and training of qualified professionals from Peru and Latin America in the field of rapid mechanics and tyre repair.

ADINE and TLM Partnership

The main goal of the partnership is to facilitate the integration of qualified workers, such as first and second-level officers, operators, technicians and middle managers, by ADINE member companies through a comprehensive process that includes personalised candidate selection, as well as the necessary documentation and immigration procedures for their legal integration in Spain.

This initiative responds to a growing demand in the sector, where the shortage of skilled workers has become one of the main obstacles to the development and growth of many tyre and car repair shops. The agreement offers partners an effective solution, with guarantees and professional support throughout the entire hiring process.

Óscar Bas, Executive Secretary of ADINE, emphasised the importance of the agreement: “At ADINE, we are very aware of the difficulties workshops face in finding qualified labour. This agreement with TLM helps us offer our members a real, safe, and professional solution to a structural problem in the sector. With this collaboration, we are taking another step toward supporting the competitiveness and sustainability of our companies.”

Ismael Jabonero, CEO of TLM, emphasised: “This agreement represents a step forward for TLM in the development of international recruitment of core profiles, professionals who have become strategic for our clients and who make up the bulk of their operational workforces. The shortage of this type of talent in Spain has made us look for it in Latin America, and we are proud that an association like ADINE, with its history and business scale, accompanies us on our journey, which from now on is a two-person journey.”

With this agreement, ADINE confirms its commitment to providing ongoing support to its member companies, providing tools and strategic alliances that help address the challenges of the tyre sector in Spain.
