UK light commercial vehicle (LCV) registrations decline by -16.1% during the traditional ‘quiet’ month for registrations. 19,407 vans registered as businesses await plate change month and clarity over economic outlook. YTD sales down -36.4%, equivalent to almost 90,000 units. 

New bus and coach registrations fall -77.1% in Q2, with 328 vehicles joining UK roads. Single-deck demand plummets -93.3% to just 51 units, down from 757 last year. 1,731 vehicles registered in first six months, down -34.6% year on year. 

UK heavy goods vehicle market shrinks by -73.4% in second quarter. Markets for both rigid and artic trucks in decline, with a total 4,151 vehicles joining UK roads. Year-to-date demand halves, down -51.4% with just 13,344 vehicles registered in the first six months.
