For part 13 of our Agricultural Tyre Feature, Commercial Tyre Business is looking to Continental's newly-started TireTech Network. The objective of the TireTech Network, which is based in Germany, is to strengthen its cooperation with specialist dealers while also offering advice for dealers on products, including agricultural tyres.

The PORTMAX range from BKT Tires offers tyres suitable for the various machines operating in port hubs, guaranteeing resistance, traction and complete safety.

In Part 12 of our Agricultural Tyre Feature, Commercial Tyre Business spoke to Yokohama Off-Highway Tires (YOHT) about the continued use and dependency on VF technology in the market, the role Brexit is playing in the global picture and how the eventual return to presential conferences will herald a return to consumer confidence for the sector.

For Part 10 of our Agricultural Tyre Feature, Commercial Tyre Business touched base with Pete Robb, Marketing Director for Continental Agricultural Sales. As one of the manufacturers very much at the forefront of research, development and innovation in the agricultural sector, Continental’s insights into the current state of the agricultural market are extremely valuable. Besides this, we also endeavoured to find out more regarding the role conferences could play within the sector in 2022 and how the manufacturer is harvesting technology to make changes for farmers.

After a slew of decreases in the latter half of 2021, January stayed true to form with a dip of 7.62% in figures released by the Ministerio de Agricultura, Pesca y Alimentación (Ministry for Agriculture, Fishing and Food).
