Kumho Tyre has agreed to extend its role as Official Tyre Partner with Tottenham Hotspur. The partnership between the Korean tyre manufacturer and Premier League football team started in 2016, with both partners helping to adapt and diversify the partnership since then.

Kirkby Tyres has moved to a new base in Dublin in a deal costing just over EUR 3.5 million. The team moved to the more central base in July 2021.

 

Tyre testing is an important part of Goodyear's development process. Goodyear tests truck tyres intensively at the Goodyear Innovation Center in Luxembourg and in Mireval in the south of France. Both locations have different test set-ups in which different conditions can be simulated. This allows tyres to be tested, for example, on road surfaces with varying grip and on slippery surfaces.

North Carolina-based GoDurham’s bus system saves an annual cost of USD 1,000 per vehicle through Tyrata’s IntelliTread tyre monitoring system while maintaining the same level of safety.
