Wolfgang Thomale takes over as head of Continental’s Two-Wheel Tyres business segment, while Thomas Falke is set to head Commercial Specialty Tyres business segmentWith the change in management, the Specialty Tyres business unit continues on its growth path. 

Vaculug have announced the appointment of Paul Searle as the company’s new Contract and Pricing Manager. Searle joins the company from Bandvulc with whom he worked for 17 years.

Since last November, Antonio Crespo has taken on the role of Head of Sales for Michelin, replacing Rebecca Nieto, with a plan to maintain the customer’s strategy of keeping customers at the centre of operations.

Päivi Leskinen has been appointed Nokian Tyres’ Senior Vice President, Human Resources and member of Nokian Tyres’ Management Team. She will report to Jukka Moisio, President & CEO. Leskinen will start in the position in May 2021 at the latest.   

Starting in 2021, there will be a change in the management at Vergölst GmbH, with Frauke Wieckberg taking over the management reins

Supervisory Board appoints Nikolai Setzer, as Continental’s new Executive Board chairman effective December 1, 2020. Setzer succeeds Dr. Elmar Degenhart, who, as already announced, is stepping down from his position prematurely for health reasons. Setzer will continue in his position as spokesman of the Automotive Board.

Caelan Kilduff has been appointed to the new position of Engineering Director at Wheely-Safe, reporting directly to Group Managing Director, Gary Broadfield. 

Lee Hulme has been appointed Michelin’s UK Distribution Channel and Programme Manager, in a significant new role overseeing the manufacturer’s four accredited dealer networks for the motorcycle, car, agricultural and commercial vehicle sectors. 

After almost 20 years with CONICA John Bramwell, Operations Director, will be retiring at the end of October this year.
